Hair transplant prices published in Oklahoma City, grouped by graft band
On their own sites, 2 clinics in Oklahoma City publish hair transplant prices. A clinic is counted once in each row using its lowest price for that row. It may appear in more than one row.
| What the clinic prices | Clinics | Median | Middle of the range |
|---|---|---|---|
| Package, graft count not stated | 2 | $5,500 | $5,000–$6,000 |
Prices appear as each clinic states them on its own pages, shown in US dollars at European Central Bank reference rates from November 3, 2026. “Middle of the range” covers the middle half of the clinics. If fewer than four publish prices, it covers the full range. A package may include a hotel and transfers. Each profile gives the clinic’s own wording. ECB rates.
Use the cost calculator to find the published price range for your graft count in United States.

Methods offered by local clinics, with clinic counts
| Method | Clinics | How grafts are taken | Donor area afterwards |
|---|---|---|---|
| FUE | 4 | One small round punch removes single follicular units individually | Small dot scars appear across the donor area, with no line |
| Sapphire FUE | 0 | The clinic’s own name for FUE using sapphire-tipped blades to make the recipient cuts | As FUE |
| DHI | 0 | The clinic’s own name for FUE using an implanter pen to place grafts | As FUE |
| FUT | 3 | A strip of scalp is removed, then cut into units under a microscope. | Usually, hair above the area covers the single linear scar. |
| Robotic | 0 | FUE with a robot-guided punch | As FUE |
Crusts usually clear by day 7–10, and FUE leaves no linear scar on the donor area (Front Med 2026 review). Across 820 advanced FUE cases, scalp harvest averaged 2,956 grafts per case (Chouhan 2019). These counts include only local clinics that name the method on their own site.
Norwood stages and graft counts in published cases
The Norwood scale rates male hair loss from I (none) through VII (hair remaining only as a band across the back and sides). Surgeons used these graft counts in two published series. They do not provide a quote for your scalp.
| Norwood stage | Grafts used | Men |
|---|---|---|
| II | 500–1,000 | 15 |
| III | 1,000–1,800 | 63 |
| IV | 1,500–3,300 | 67 |
| V | 1,500–4,000 | 13 |
Data source: 158 men treated with FUE, as reported in Wang et al., BMC Surgery 2024, table 2.
| Stage V–VII, area covered | Average grafts | Men |
|---|---|---|
| Front only | 2,982 | 308 |
| Front and mid-scalp | 4,164 | 352 |
| Crown only | 2,770 | 24 |
| Full coverage | 6,237 | 100 |
Source: 820 men at stage V–VII, Chouhan et al., J Cutan Aesthet Surg 2019, table 2.
The stage by itself does not determine the graft count. In one study, two men rated Norwood 3V needed 3,900 and 6,150 grafts after their bald areas were measured (Pittella et al., 2024). Any quote given before your scalp is measured is only a guess.
Five points to settle before booking
- Ask who handles each step, including the incisions, graft removal, and graft placement. Get the names, then check each one with your state medical board or through DocInfo for every state at once.
- Request a written plan with the graft count, target zones, and cost for that number.
- Ask the clinic to show you its own patients at 12 months, using the same light and angle. Results are visible for most people at six to nine months, with some visible at 12 (AAD).
- If growth is poor, ask whether a second session is covered and how long that offer lasts.
- Work out the cost of the whole first year: the procedure, medicine, time off work, travel and follow-up visits.
